Compliance Recommendations

  1. Product Design: Ensure rated voltage and current do not exceed the limits specified in Clause 1 (AC 690 V / 250 A, DC 1 500 V / 1 000 A).
  2. Interface Compatibility: Vehicle inlet and supply outlet contact arrangement and dimensions must comply with Clauses 6–8 to ensure interoperability.
  3. Type Testing: Complete all type test items per Clause 9 before product finalization, including dielectric strength, insulation resistance, temperature rise, and ingress protection.
  4. Standard Update Tracking: GB/T 20234.1-2023 supersedes GB/T 20234.1-2015; update technical documentation and product designs accordingly.
